Do you think you're "bad at languages"? You might already be better than you think. Have you ever heard a child learn their native language? They're not so great, either--but they get better. Sometimes, the very ones who teach us make us feel that we're worse than we are. Be easy on yourself, make lots of mistakes, and lean into the vulnerability of learning languages. You might even become braver and more open-hearted in the process.
